A new Health and Well-Being centre is proposed, which will include;
- 2/3 General Primary Care Practices
- Trust Clinical Space
- Pharmacy
- Volunteering for Health facilities
The creation of a vibrant new Health and Wellbeing Centre on the Brunswick Street site will accommodate the largest Teignmouth GP practices – Channel View Medical Practice and Teignmouth Medical Group and a range of other services for local people.
These will include the health and wellbeing team of community nurses, therapists and lifestyles and prevention services. It will help connect people to wider services and activities to support their physical health, mental health, social care and wellbeing. Housing voluntary sector services including Volunteering in Health in the new health and wellbeing centre, linking up a range of other community services.
