Stowford Mill is an historic Paper Mill nestled in the Erme Valley, framed by Dartmoor National Park. First Established in the 18th century, Stowford Mill is one of Devon’s oldest industrial sites and was the catalyst for the surrounding town. The 3.5acre site has been granted planning permission for a mixed-use development with much of the development now completed. Work to convert the grade 2 listed Paper Mill to the south of the site is expected to start summer 2022 to provide 27 new loft style apartments.
