The scheme consists of 106 new dwellings, delivered partly through the conversion of existing buildings on the site and partly in the form of new build. The project replaces a former Catholic School which has been disused for some time. As part of the development, substantial areas of existing amenity open space are largely retained and incorporated into the scheme. All the existing areas of woodland within the site are retained. The site is characterised by its position within the undeveloped coastline boundary and after a in depth consultation process the project received planning in 2017.
