KTA were commissioned to design a 120bed hotel and the overall masterplan for the Stadium for Cornwall.
The position of the hotel is suitably sited to the north with fantastic views of the pitch from every bedroom with views across to the south. The design includes a rooftop restaurant and sky-bar with panoramic views in all directions.
The masterplan forms park of the wider Langage Park to include, retail, education, commercial units and a microbrewery surrounding the proposed stadium, to create the aspired ‘Sports Village’
