KTA worked with Cornwall Council up to planning to deliver a Reserved Matters Approval for the development of 46 homes on land to the south of Lake Lane, situated on the eastern side of Liskeard. Our technical design for these timber framed homes then followed with Classic Builders for Treveth.
Bann an Hyns, as the scheme is named, is delivered in three phases and comprises 35 homes for private rent, seven will be designated for affordable rent and four will be available under shared ownership schemes. The scheme is free of open market homes. Bann an Hyns is one of several affordable housing projects KTA has been involved with, for Cornwall Council and Treveth.
