The Derby Laceworks is grade II listed as the factory dates back to 1820’s. The site had expanded throughout the 19th and 20th century having been in continuous use as a lace factory. Following the closure of the factory in 2013 the site laid derelict.
The important local landmark will be bought back into use and create much needed apartments and family homes through a residential conversion. The development will deliver 65 new homes, a large percentage of which will be affordable supported by the project partners, Homes England and LiveWest.
