KTA carried out the replacement of the existing Main Stand with a new all seated stand at Torquay United Football Club.
The existing site was very narrow and provided many challenges particularly an external access lane and secondary school adjacent to the stand. The stand was designed to the maximum raking of 34 degrees to achieve the desired viewing site lines for the supporters and raised viewing positions for disabled supporters in line with the Accessible Stadia guidelines.
Facilities included new dressing rooms, disabled facilities and a new press box.
